We are looking for Sales assistant, who will be a part of our Sales Team and will be responsible for the processing of customer orders and will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer records in our CRM system;
- Receiving, processing, tracking of customer orders, shipments, and payments;
- Assisting the Sales team with offers and other commercial documents;
- Close communication with all departments to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactorily manner;
- Prepare company and product presentations, content, reports and analysis;
Qualifications:
- University degree of Electronics, Economics, Marketing, Sales or other relevant;
- Very good computer skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and responsibility;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excellent command of English – both verbal and written.
