You will be part of the R&D team responsible for defining and driving a new product. The Project Manager works collaboratively with all participants in engineering and product development projects. This position also works with engineering, production and test managers transforming a product vision into a real product taking in consideration customer needs and specifications and supporting the team during the process.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing activities for research, development and realization of engineering projects;
- Create a team, defining the roles in it and coordinating the tasks between the members;
- Coordinate, plan and manage all project activities across multiple teams
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, schedule, and scope changes;
- Organization of creation and maintaining the technical and manufacturing documentation of the project;
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of previous release and project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred);
- Engineering degree a plus (preferably Electrical, Manufacturing or Mechanical engineering).
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Demonstrated effective analytical skills;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must;
